Our Shifting Process 

 Our shifting process is systematic & well-organized and it will be delivered to you with ease. The entire process of packing and moving will be done in front of you. Typically, it involves a step-wise division of the process, which is as follows:

Fixing a day for Survey.

Our Field Officer will visit at your convenience, equipped to evaluate your goods and provide an estimated cost. Upon your consent, he will finalize the deal and explain the process. He will plan the move according to the agreed terms. It's that easy! Your part ends here.

Confirmation of Booking.

After booking confirmation, we issue a quotation. Once you finalize the quotation, we provide the final confirmation.

Packing.

The Packing Supervisor will visit you on time for secure packing. Our team is skilled in packing items based on their type. Fragile items receive extra layers of protection, while electronic items have their cords safeguarded before further packing. Once all documents are prepared and payments are made, we'll proceed to the next stage.

Your Shifting Assistant

Your Shifting Assistant ensures timely, secure packing. We handle fragile items with care and safeguard electronics. Once documents are ready and payments are done, we move forward smoothly.

Transportation

Once payments are confirmed, our transportation team acts quickly. Carriers arrive on time, and the packed items are loaded and transported as planned. Efficient communication ensures timely delivery to the destination.

Tracking and Help Desk

The driver stays in touch with your "shifting assistant" to coordinate the process. We use advanced Vehicle Transporting System (VTS) for tracking. Our Helpline Desk provides delivery updates whenever needed.

Destination

We offer the added benefit of holding your household goods container for up to 24 hours at no charge, with no transshipment. Simply notify your shifting assistant 5-7 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery to your new home.
